Table of ContentsShippingWe ship Monday thru Friday. Orders received after 3:00 PM ET may go out the next day. However, this is not an absolute cut-off time as we try to ship all orders the same day we receive them. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the next business day. You will be notified by email if this is not possible. We ship everything by USPS Priority Mail Insured. To track the progress of your package, email us for the tracking number and then enter it here: http://www.framed.usps.com/cttgate/welcome.htm We can ship by other means if you prefer. Just let us know. top of pageOvernight ShippingIf you select this option, we will ship by USPS Express Mail, which is a guaranteed overnight service. However, please consider the following statement by the US Postal Service: "Express Mail offers overnight service to many destinations that is guaranteed * or your money back. Express Mail is delivered to many locations 365 days a year including weekends and holidays at no extra charge and delivered next day by noon to select locations." "MANY DESTINATIONS" and "SELECT LOCATIONS" means that not necessarily every address in the US is an overnight destination, but we have absolutely no way of knowing in advance which addresses this applies to. Therefore, we cannot refund shipping charges when an address is not a next-day destination. The Tampa Bay area is a major metro area with an international airport that houses the USPS hub. Sales TaxSales tax is not charged on orders from outside Florida. 7% is charged within Florida. top of pageWarrantyWe honor the manufacturers warranties which are: 1 year parts, 90 days labor. Headsets carry a 90-day warranty against defects and will only be replaced with the same model. top of pageReturnsIf you must return something, call first for an RMA number.On headsets, we have a 10-day return policy because you will know IMMEDIATELY if you find it uncomfortable, or it does not work with your system for some reason. For sanitary reasons, a headset that is USED is NOT RETURNABLE. On equipment, we have a 30-day return policy. However, to receive a full refund (less shipping of course), you must return ALL of the original packing material with the equipment. This includes the box, plastic bags, manuals, warranty cards, styrofoam packaging, etc. We must be able to re-box and re-sell the unit as new. Otherwise a 20% restocking fee applies. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item to us, unless we mis-shipped and the error is ours. In that case, we will credit your card for your cost of returning the item. If you are unsure about what to order, give us a call, we can advise you. top of pageInternational OrdersIf you are ordering from outside the USA: Allow up to 2 days extra before your order ships as we must obtain address verification from your credit card issuer. We will only ship to the cardholder's billing address or a shipping address on file with your credit card company. All prices are in USD. Your credit card company is responsible for the exchange rate. All orders will be shipped USPS International Express Mail, which takes 3-5 business days to most countries.
