About Our Founder
Keith Brookins
Keith's experience spans over 50 years providing experience to all types of consumers and businesses helping with equipment sales and services to companies across the country. Our company was founded on a focus of providing continuing education and Customer Support with the main vision of "Service is our stock & Trade". After over four decades of working with Attorneys, medical professionals, and many other business professionals, no company is more qualified to suggest which digital dictation, document integration systems or workflow solutions they should use.

Bruce Bode
President
Bruce was born and raised in Tampa and is total Tampa Sports fan. For over 40 years Bruce has held roles in various industries, providing a superior class of customer experience to his clients. He will work with you to provide solutions for any of your dictation and transcription needs.
Laura Bode
Director of Finance and Operations
Laura is a lifelong resident of Tampa, a USF graduate and an avid Buc's fan. Laura's goal is to provide your your business needs quickly and easy. Together we will help you choose the perfect product and services for your needs.
Lisa Maxwell
Treasurer
Lisa is a native Floridian. She has worked for the company, holding several rolls over the past 30 years. She graduated from South University in Tampa Florida.
Rachael Bode
Director of Technology
Rachael is a native of Tampa, Florida, completed her undergrad at Florida Southern College. She then received her master’s degree from The University of Oklahoma in Adult and Higher Education with an emphasis in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration
Chrissy Bode
Director of Business Development
Chrissy is also a native Floridian obtaining her undergrad at Florida State University. She is currently completing her doctorate at Nova Southeastern in Clearwater Florida.
